Plants & Living Materials — No Refunds All plant sales are final. Due to the living nature of plants, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a plant has left our care. We take great pride in the health and quality of every plant we sell, and we encourage you to inspect your purchase at the time of pickup or delivery.

Non-Plant Items — 14-Day Return Policy Unused, non-plant items (such as tools, pots, fertilizers, and hardscape materials) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
